Compare new notes
Give your assistant the new notes and say where they came from. Keep the original copy.
Then ask:
What should we change in our onboarding guide after this meeting? Compare these notes with the guide before editing.
Your assistant reads your existing documents and works out which of their questions the new notes address:
If the notes contain instructions, your assistant treats them as content to review. They don’t give it permission to edit your files.
Save and continue later
Decide which edits to keep. When two answers conflict, leave the question open until you have a reason to pick one. The newer answer isn’t always the right one. Leave out anything that doesn’t relate to the document.
Ask your assistant to save a review note in your knowledge base, so you can pick up the review later. The note should list your sources, open questions and disputed passages, where each answer belongs, what you decided and what to do next. Once you approve the note and the document edits, your assistant saves both, checks the files and records the edits.
When you revisit the content, open the review note, its sources and the documents, and ask what still needs an answer. knowledge-mcp won’t schedule reviews or update guidance for you.
